Kara Riley is an Executive Assistant at Power Sustainable Lios, where she supports senior leadership and contributes to operational execution and coordination of key priorities within the agri-food private equity platform. Prior to joining Power Sustainable, Kara supported senior leadership at Element Fleet Management and Miller Thomson LLP, overseeing executive and board-level governance and meeting processes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Kara holds a Diploma in Office Administration – Legal from Humber College and a Certificate in Excellence in Administration from the Rotman School of Management.
