Andy joined Power Sustainable Lios in 2022. Prior to joining, he was a key member of the team at Vayda, a high-tech regenerative agriculture startup, where he was responsible for strategy and operations. Prior to Vayda, he was part of the corporate development team at Ag Growth International where he was responsible for M&A, corporate strategy, and strategic initiatives. He started his career in investment banking at Origin Merchant Partners, where he helped execute mergers and acquisitions, financings, strategic alternative reviews, and fairness opinions across various industries. Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Queen’s University.
